What services does Orgis IT offer?
Can we use Community edition and buy just dome modules from Enterprise edition?
There are 15 employees in the company. We want to buy CRM for 10 users and the Stock Module for 5 users. Is it possible?
The hosting is charged for individual users. Therefore, the number of hosting is 15. The hosting conditions are for both editions the same.
EC is an open source, therefore neither users nor modules are charged.
EE is licence binding, you have to buy an annual licence for CRM module, Stocks, and licences for 15 users.
Which modules will be available for individual users can be limited by the authorisation direct in Odoo.
Is it possible to go over from Community to Enterprise Edition?
Yes, of course, it is possible to promote to the Enterprise Edition.
Do you provide your services for both editions?
Yes, all our services (Odoo hosting, development, tailored customizations, consultations, training, user support, analysis, ect.) are provided for both editions. We don´t prefer anyone, we have the same prices for everyone.
Is the upgrade for the higher version needed?
No, the upgrade is not needed. You choose if you want to go over to the higher version. The Odoo system is being constantly developed and there is a new version about every 12 months.
In the case that you are interested in some news which came with the late version, it is possible to upgrade it. However, we recommend the upgrade, or eventually the new versions of both systems, to our customers. Some of our customers have still Odoo 8 and everything works as it should work.
Can I use the third party’s modules?
Can I use Odoo Studio?
If you had bought EE, you have the possibility of using Odoo Studio.
In this case, we would like to point out that changes made through Odoo Studio are direct intervention into the database, but not into the application code. After the intervention in Odoo through Odoo studio, the system becomes non-transferable. In the case of intervention through Odoo studio, the customer takes over an absolute responsibility for the system and its functioning. Sorry, but we are protecting our customers and we appreciate their trust which they give us. We don´t present their intern principles and know-how, which provide them their competitive advantage.

Which hosting modules can be used?
You can use original modules from Odoo and modules which were developed for our hosting customers which can be recognised by the Orgis rocket icon. Those modules are, for example, the integration on ČNB, ARES, CRIBIS, BISNODE, accounting SW FexiBee, Magneto...
When is the invoice for Odoo hosting made?
What kinds of payment methods are available?
You can pay via bank transfer or online via a payment gateway. You can even leave the payment details saved and then you don´t have to take cake of anything, the subscription will be automatically prolonged until you cancel this possibility.
Will we see somewhere the overview of our orders and invoices?
Yes, if you prepay the Odoo Hosting or its support packages, you gain access to the user portal. Here, you find your subscription, the duration of your subscription, which support package do you have active and the number of hours left. Further, the ticket overview and the history of the work is available here.
How will be my system called? What address will it have?
In the order, you can choose any address with the odoois.com ending. If you are interested in your own address, you can choose it in the administration where detailed information, about how to direct the domain, is available.
Our system detects the change of address and makes the re-routing change. It really is that simple.
Can we establish a user ourselves?
We want to buy user during the prepaid period. Do we have to wait for the new period?
We would like to use Odoo ecommerce or eshop. Are there the same conditions?
I want to use portal users. How is it with the price?
What is Fair Use Policy?
Can we change the subscription from monthly to yearly one?
What happens if we would like to cancel the service?
Can we host the system on own servers?
It is necessary to know how to take care of Odoo system hosting, its installation on the server, certificate gaining, scaling, balancing, HA, actualisations, security, and other operational matters.

What does the Orgis IT Support Package contain?
It is a support which contains the work with the Odoo system (its setup, configurations, employee training, and customer support).
These support packages can be bought as a prepaid service, The customer receives a support code by which his account is identified and we know this way that the support service is active. In the case of need, the prepaid hours from the package are subtracted, according to the customer requirements. More information is available here.

How do you charge the work for a given ticket?
Of course, there is a possibility that you find in Orgis IT modules some bugs, which can be notified b you via ticket. The reparation of this is not charged. The explanation if the mistkae wan on our side or yours will be given to you on time. We appreciate your remarks.
Do the support packages have some expiration?
What is a „ticket“ and how can we ask for it?
„Ticket“ is a name for your request for the adjustment or change. If you prepaid our support package, you gained an acces to the user portal. Here you find information about the number of hours which you prepaid, the history of work and all your tickets.
Other users are working with this system. Can they use the support and ticket system too?

How do you make development?
Do we need to have analysis if we want to ask customised development?
Yes, in the case of development for a customer, it is necessary to give us a pre-implementation analysis or we can provide it to you. Our analysts process the analysis of the current state and propose possible optimisations and the future state for your new system. More information is available here.
